all indie jewelry designs ordered through the website have free shipping. the free shipping even applies to international purchases. necklaces are sent via USPS within 48 hours of completed payment and only post consumer recycled packaging is used.
what is the return policy?
if you’re unsatisfied with any indie necklace purchased from bumblesea, it may be replaced or returned for a refund within seven days. this also applies to any jewelry which has been received damaged in the mail.
how should I care for my necklace?
the accessories can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth. however, they should never be completely submerged in water.
do you take custom indie jewelry orders?
yes. if you’re interested in owning a completely personalized one of a kind accessory, you may order a custom necklace design. any combination of necklace styles shown can be created, and original designs may be requested at any time. whether the vampire necklaces don’t suit your bloodsucking needs or you simply think we use too much green in the current collection, custom jewelry requests are always welcome. custom necklaces can be made with glass vials, pure silver, organic and non toxic materials, and clays. the possibilities for custom jewelry are endless.
