inspiration board

I have so many papers/drawings/cutouts that I’ve collected over the years that I’m planning on covering the largest wall in my apartment with them to make one massive inspiration board. my apartment is very unusual and has cathedral ceilings, so the wall is about 12-15 feet high at its tallest point. I think I might actually run out of papers before I finish covering the wall, but I’ll take some before and after pictures anyway.

  1. I am incredibly jealous of your cathedral ceilings. Lucky shrew!!!

I love inspiration boards.. so, so much. I miss having one actually- right now my wall is semi-covered in cards from my family. It’s not really ‘inspiring’. Hmm.

Good luck with the covering yours! Reading this reminded me of one of my old rooms back when I was living with a few girlfriends. Friends of mine would actually come over to hang out in my room simply because they could stare at the walls. Having wood paneling made it a lot easier to tape/stickify things to walls. I think I had some stuff on the ceiling as well.

Jeeze, it’s strange to see those photos again. It’s been ages.

  2. I should do this sometime too. It’ll put use to the millions of magazine clippings I refuse to throw out.
